TheKey Deliverables: *Design of a mechanism for the "Main Arm" to move the 28Kg TV screen from bottom to top position. *Design of a mechanism for the "Component Plate" to switch from vertical to horizontal position for component access.
This project was done by me as an Industrial/Mechanical Engineer in cooperation with a fellow Electrical Engineer who worked on all the electrical engineering aspects of the project.
Client required the CAD file to be made for the HVAC products and their high resolution renders (to be used for marketing purposes) along with the Renderings and CAD Files of the assembled system of the environment and setup in which these HVAC Products.
The goal of this project was to design innovative and energy efficient design of a vacuum cleaner with an environment friendly aesthetic design. The project was completed with given objectives achieved.
The task was to design a water and dust proof speaker design which would be used on the backside of 2 wheel bikes. The product designed was complaint to IP67 & IP68.
These are nose plugs which are attached in front of a machine that provides clean air for patients going through lung and inhaling problems.
The client required a new concept design of mars rover. The rover had to be designed keeping in mind certain functions and features which were necessary for the rover to be used. It is an all terrain rover which can function on any terrain with ease and complete its tasks like obtaining samples of the planets minerals etc.
The job was to design a cordless massager device with higher vibration and less noise. The design was done in SolidWorks and tested throughout to make sure the product functionality is up to to the highest standards.
The goal of this project was to design a torch with added feature of LEDs mounted on front in circular pattern for added Brightness. I designed 4 concept design for this and the client selected this design. It was also prototyped to see if all the intended feature were up to the expectations. The project was a success.

I was asked to prepare the CAD files and Detailed drawings for the handle and the silicon cover which were to be injection molded/Coated by the Manufacturers.
Client required concept design and manufacturing files of a Bread Box which is easy to use and cost effective while manufacturing as well. I proposed multiple concept designs and the client liked one of them a lot. I was then asked to prepare the design for manufacturing along with its manufacturing drawings. The design which was selected is being shown in the pictures.
