Industrial Engineer and Prototyping Expert
Note: This project was done by me as an Industrial/Mechanical Engineer in cooperation with a fellow Electrical Engineer who worked on all the electrical engineering aspects of the project.
1-Design the Enclosure for the juicer extension that can house and fix the extra PCC, pump, Solenoid valve and other parts needed for the juicer machine to Function. 2-Prototyping (3d printing) and then Thoroughly testing to make sure that the machine is fulfilling its intended functions.
Due to the machine having multiple additional parts (including Pump, Pipes, Buttons, Solenoid valve and OLED display) and dimensional constraints, it was really difficult to make the enclosure as a single compartment design. Also, as a PCB was to be mounted in the enclosure along with pipes through which water had to pass, having single compartment was creating some risks of water droplets splashing on the PCB.
